The county school system surveys kids and teens every single year; the surveys are evidence and compared year over year. OF COURSE there is a margin of error; everyone knows that. But we also know with a fair degree of certainty, at what age kids in the county are having sex, what type of sex, and how they compare nationally. Stop with the dumb “how do you know?” crap.[/quote]
