But as I said, my main issue with oats is that they don’t fill me up and cause me digestive issues.[/quote] FYI 25 grams of protein is about the maximum your body could even absorb in one sitting, so going over that amount is a complete waste and you’ll just be peeing it out and overworking your kidneys for the privilege.[/quote]
