They just settled a lawsuit over pushing bogus claims of voter fraud. As part of that, they admitted that they had no evidence backing their claims. They attempted to plant an entirely fake story in the Post about Roy Moore. A grand jury found them guilty of fraud in connection with lies about the 2016 election. Project Veritas was also found to have violated the terms of service of multiple platforms by pushing obvious misinformation and intentionally evading controls on the speeding of false information.
