I think the behavior change anticipated the change in the law and flowed from the more ready availability with medical marijuana (since basically anyone over 18 could get a medical card if they wanted it). I anticipate there will be more of an increase, but it hasn't happened quite yet since the places are still getting set up and people are still getting used to it. And because most people that wanted to consume regularly already had the medical cards, I think the shift will take a minute.[/quote]
