I miss the days when there was an awesome guy who worked in produce at my local Safeway, the store is long gone now, who would point out produce that was especially good or fresh. He liked to cook and could even suggest a recipe. The first Wegmans to open in my area had guys like that working in the meat department. I made the best stroganoff I’ve ever made because of tips from one of their guys. Those days are long gone.[/quote]
