You just rattled off some really economically depressed areas with terrible schools and no tennis club. Alllentown are you kidding? That place is a dump. [/quote]

West Allentown is nice as is most of Bethlehem and Emmaus. This house is pending, in OP’s budget, and in a great school system. The Lehigh Valley has any retail you want, nice parks, and most importantly it’s close to NYC and Philly if you need to take a weekend trip for more cultural or retail amenities. A lot of these other places PP’s are mentioning are in the middle of nowhere in the South or in Michigan. I’d rather be less than two hours from the best city in the country.
