How are they to know when they have reached a point where they have disproportionately suspended too many POC? It's impossible. What is possible is ignoring the violence as you don't lose your job over a victim's parents yelling at you and eventually the parents give up or move to Arlington or Fairfax. And no, Alexandria does not want police in the schools as their presence is considered racist by the community.[/quote]
