The average GBRS for accepted kids is usually 2F 2C or higher. Teachers CAN'T put any negative comments in the form so everyone gets positive comments. With that GBRS (and good but not too high test scores), I would say appeal may not work unless you make a very strong case with your work samples, etc. [/quote]
