That pretty much wipes out any opportunity for serious investment in one’s intellectual learning opportunities. I would not be unhappy if my kid got an mba after studying something of substance in undergrad. But majoring in business is like majoring in marketing or fashion merchandising. No way is that an interesting intellectual experience.[/quote] Most people go to college to make a living not “intellectual vitality.” Blame the cost of college in 2023 for that.[/quote]
