I'm also 5 ' 4" 1/2 - I always thought I was 5' 4" but maybe I've grown :) I weighed 185 in 2020. I've lost 30 lbs and kept it off for a year. I'm still in the 150's. I think the 130's is my goal. I still have a lot of "extras" - drinks, fun food etc. Trying to get to the next step. I'm focusing on HIIT, heavy weights, plyometrics this year and also focused on eating for exercise prep and recovery. Good luck to all of us[/quote]
