FCPS granted this private company Panorama FERPA access that is only supposed to be available to the school system, with no parent permission or waivers.

Panorama is also exempt from FOIA oversight, so there is no way for parents to access what the company is doing with their minor children's information.

One can safely assume this is an deliberate attempt for FCPS to circumnavigate legal protections for students, in violation of Virginia code.[/quote]
