I don’t think the window of time would make a difference. Parents are in line waiting by 3pm for a 335 dismissal. Letting the time parents pick up be later won’t make a difference to these people. They will wait 40 min to get their child 5 min earlier. [/quote]
This is so true.  On Tuesday they were already queuing up by 2:50pm.    I guess some people just want to be the first one to pick up their child. Period.  [/quote]

I would imagine that at least a few of the people on some days have an appointment they want to get their kid to at 4pm or something, so waiting way beforehand to make sure they make the 4pm ortho appt, or music lesson, or whatever is what they think they have to do to make the appt on time.[/quote]
