DOL rules made it legal to fire gay people if you site a religious exemption to the civil rights act.

Section 1557 of affordable care act changed.

Removing HIV + people from the military

Changing 4-H rules welcoming lgbt children

I'm not going to take all of this on because I don't have time now, but let's start with#1.  There is no "right" to be in the military. People are disqualified all the time for multiple reasons, including physical and mental health reasons. The cohesion of the unit as it prepares to be a fighting force is, or should be, the number one priority. The ban on transgenders in the military makes sense for a multitude of reasons, as it arguably harms that unit cohesion.[/quote]
