The step-daughter handled the request very poorly and her lack of manners is embarrassing. That speaks to her upbringing with OP and her DH. I hope that the step-daughter has an opportunity to find better role models so that she can change her behaviors to be more acceptable otherwise she is going to find life challenging in the future.[/quote]
