I also don't think that many sex abuse programs caution about other kinds of touches -- hugs, back rubs, leg muscle rubs, brushes of arm or face/hair.  These are not considered "private parts" but touching these areas is often a way of breaking boundaries and determining which victims will push back and which will not.

Also, remember until the "me too" movement, the idea that men should never touch women anywhere without their prior explicit verbal consent wasn't really a thing.  TBH, it's still not really a thing in men over 25. [/quote]
