This leads to obesity. Just like if you had food given once a day you would eat it weather you would be really hungry or not because your survival instinct kicks in.

Same. I had two cats growing up. Bowl of dry food was always our for them to munch on as desired. One cat was a normal weight. The other was so fat she waddled.  No difference in how they were fed, but one weighed almost twice as much as the other one.[/quote]
