I can't believe the county is choosing to screw over immunocompromised people, adults who haven't been able to get vaccinated (yes, they exist, including significant numbers of poor/immigrant adults who can't afford to take time off work for side effects or are worried about being deported), and kids, just to cater to wimpy whiners who can't tolerate the tiny inconvenience of wearing a mask inside...
Immunocompromised and people who are unable to get vaccinated should stay home. They should have always stayed home. As for poor/immigrant adults who have been working in person, those persons were the first to be offered vaccines many months ago. For the vast majority of people, side effects last .5-1 day at most. We have all already wasted over an entire year of our lives - you're really mad that people want to have a normal life again? And that people value their quality of life (which you are in no position to determine for another human being). Anyone who can't or isn't able to get vaccinated at this point, can and should stay home. You should never put your health in the hands of other people and expect others to care more about your health than you.
