Often Bullis has swung wildly in its emphasis on athletics - High Emphasis with Jung, De-Empahsis with Farquhar,  Out of Bounds Emphasis with Boorman, Where will Headmaster Sullivan go?  
 
Bullis has been better lately because they have had very talented players.  
Success is always a combination.  
Great players - questionable coaching - average results in the Win/Loss Column = Prep lately, though I hear Coach U is a great person - and that counts. 
Great Coach, OK players, average results in the Win-Loss Column, but maybe you have great character development. 
Great Players and Great Coaching-great results all around.

The Landon coach and coaching staff is equal to or better than any other coach and staff in the area.

Since 2018 Landon has had the coaches, but not the athletes.  In the last played season, a year of total rebuild, they lost to Bullis by a goal and then in Overtime and Prep once in overtime.

This year they have players and coaching and the cupboard is getting filled.  This staff will coach this season, and then we will see which direction they go.

St. Stephens is always very well coached - fewer athletes and they always play really hard.

St. Alban's has gotten better, but is still wildly outgunned in the athlete Dept.

Episcopal could be a sleeping giant if they really decide they want to compete - Bring on the Canadians.
