I think this will happen anyway just by default. The swimmers who took this season off are probably decent swimmers and cooperative, know the routine, etc. I can't imagine a scenario under which most of the returning swimmers are not former RMSC swimmers.[/quote]

Define full?  They made the rules to reduce the number of kids returning.  So, groups are smaller now and full only because of the COVID rules.  They'll probably bring them back up as soon as they are allowed.  [/quote]
