By aggressively recruiting transfers for a couple of years, Wilson done well (although not as well as their talent level would have predicted).  But that approach comes at a cost.  That's why no seniors who came up through the program are still there.  They are either playing at other schools or playing other sports.

Looking at the DMV 19/20 transfer list, I see that the trend has continued this year, with 3 kids transferring in and one previous transfer moving on.

The better question is how in the hell are ‘transfer’ students getting into a school that has no available seats for students on its wait list. Or is transfer a euphemism for buying or renting a home IB for the school?[/quote]
