No, it only rhymes with inertia if you have a Dublin accent, like actress Saoirse Ronan.  My Northern Irish colleague pronounces it (his daughter's name) like SOAR-sha.  Other Irish people I know pronounce it more like SOAR-sha, too.  I can't render their accents phonetically in exactly the right way, but that's the closest I can get.  Imagine a little twist of an "ee" sound in the first syllable, but it sounds more like SOAR.[/quote]
