Here is another thing:  I noticed the customer service desk is all cockamamie and does not have the simple bins for them to toss retuned things for various departments.  Thy just have huge, dupisshelved carts foul of crap, just like TJ Maxx or K Mart or Marshalls. It is like their executives decided to study failed business models and copy them.  I do not get it![/quote]
