If Dems give him any money now, he will continue to hold the budget hostage for any of his pet causes:

"I'm not signing the budget until you give me 2 more seats on the Supreme Court!"
"I'm not signing the budget until you approve Matt Whitaker as AG!"

The POTUS does not legislate. Anyone who remotely cares about the Constitution knows that separation of powers is more important than this stupid wall (which won't even work).[/quote]
