Probably should have said that then.  I’m not caught up in anything. But I do have twins who are HS juniors and one is a lacrosse player. Use whatever word you like (or avoid them if you must) but she is seeing doors open that her brother, a non-athlete) is not.

I was actually talking to the barfed poster who i completely agree with. People who use those terms sound stupid and desperate. You are like thousands of other parents who wish the same for their kids.  Their kids being very similar to their peers. Its fine. [/quote]
