Property history shows that it was only listed for one day, on 7/12/18?  Weird.

I would have agreed with you last year. But cat is out of the bag for Shepherd Park being zoned for Deal/Wilson and very close to the new Walter Reed development. It seems like every house going on the market in the neighborhood sells for over list. [/quote]
