First let me point out that it is you comparing discussion of this critically important topic to that of owning a pomeranian.

Second let me point out that many, if not most atheists have studied the bible closely, which is why they abandoned Christianity.

Third let me ask why your holy book should be accepted without corresponding evidence but not the holy books of the 3,000 or so other religions in the world?  The title of and most points in this thread have referred to god generically.  The forum is "Religion" not Christianity.  Why does the bible have any relevance to the question at all?[/quote]
