tap tap tap...is this thing on? Anyone from solidcore out there that can respond to our growing concerns? We know you are reading this... 1. The pricing structure change increases costs and limits flexibility of your most loyal clients. Not good. 2. The lack of recent discount codes/sales is disappointing to clients that have been using them to sustain a healthy solidcore habit. Please bring them back. 3. Removing the off-peak pack is just annoying! Why not let clients purchase these bulk? You are just causing more work for us and more work for your studio managers (when we have to complain that we can't charge more than once class at a time!). 4. The 100/200, etc club is clearly very important to your clients, but seemingly less so to you. Please make an effort to update the list on your website. Also, please make it easy to see the number of classes we have taken on the app! 5. Stop cancelling classes last minute for low attendance. Considering you won't let us cancel OUR classes last minute, why can't you uphold the same? Give yourselves the same cancelation policy that we have! If you must cancel last minute, add a free class to our account! 6. Promoting your other studios may be important to you, but it makes your loyal DC clients feel less important to you. 7. Coach turnover is abundant lately! Understandable, but it very much affects clients. All the new coaches underestimate my strength and I waste an entire class getting light springs. Yeah, ALL the coaches say, "tell me if you need more weight", but it's almost always impossible to get their attention while they are moving around so much. Can you brainstorm ideas to address this common problem? For example, putting notes about strength abilities, or injuries in the coaches notes? Anything else corporate should address in this thread? Thx.
New coach quality lately has been poor. They aren't getting enough training. Also "coaching down" frustrates folks looking for a challenge.
