That is so insane! There should be no rabies quarantine and no assessement on whether a dog, should have the option of living if they kill or maim a person, especially a violent breed like pit bull. The dogs killed so they should be put down immediately and do the quicker brain test to see if they have rabies. Why is it even a possibility for a dog who kills or maims a person to be allowed to live? [/quote]
