NP. Your logic is faulty. It's not unreasonable to suspect that a man who bludgeoned a young female to death may be a gang member. Since he doesn't speak English and is from El Salvador, MS-13 is a good candidate for that suspicion. He would have trouble communicating in a gang where the members are English speaking. Do you understand?[/quote]
