Nobody is being a bigot. PPs have commented based on the area and the circumstances. MS13 is a mainly Central American gang. MS13 is also becoming more active in Fairfax and Montgomery county due to policies that are in places in those counties and due to an influx of immigrants from countries where MS13 is already active.

There was a brutal assault and murder of a girl at Accotink Lake in the Springfield area that absolutely was gang related although I don't know if it was MS13 or not. Bottom line is there are thugs out there targeting kids. That is frightening.

The gangbangers lived in maryland and chose springfield to commit their crime. Populated urban areas in reston, springfield, great falls, herndon etc are where they like to hang out with their buddies and bug people or pickup women.
