This is just so wrong (and gross, seriously).  Please teach your children to wash their hands every time they use the bathroom...and you should probably start doing it yourself.

I don't see the problem with this. This is what my mom did with me when I was young too, and for the most part I usually wash my hands after #1 now. But if I don't, no big deal. Pee is sterile.[/quote]

This.  Urine is sterile inside of the bladder, not once it exits. 
I can't honestly believe there are multiple people arguing against washing their hands every time they use the bathroom. Fecal matter travels, your bathroom (and ESPECIALLY public restrooms) is covered in bacteria.  I am not a germaphobe by any means...heck, I'm a nurse who contacts body fluids on the regular, but this is not an area to play the "we never do it and aren't sick" card. Just, no.  Wash your hands after you poop AND pee![/quote]
