They want to stay active and they enjoy doing it. It also helps to stay in shape. My neighbor travels frequently to a far away country and uses the hotel gym while he's there. He runs in the treadmill and he's noticed that the men from that country will only walk on the treadmills and they seem to find that physically tiring. He doesn't want to end up like that. [/quote]
