[/quote] Don't you feel that chicken marinated a long time in yogurt gets a very strange rubbery consistency? I never marinate chicken in yogurt longer than 4 or so hours, especially white meat. I'd do this recipe with breast meat, but definitly keep the skin and breast bone on.[/quote]
