Cutting the 4 Teacher Work days before grades are due would. You could make them all 2 hour early dismissals and add 8 more 2 hour early dismissal days. Early dismissal days = full days of school for state purposes. Teachers would still get most of that planning time (as long as no one made them attend a meeting.) Many schools have early dismissal one day per week.[/quote]
