You could drawn Whitman in any form of shape in the known universe and it would still be just as wealthy and white. Even if you stretched the the zone in to VA you would pick up McLean and if you dipped into DC you would pick up AU park and spring valley. If they rezone Whitman all they would do is send some kids (with pissed parents) to Churchill or BCC. It isn't like the silver spring area where there are more poor zones than middle class so the boundaries are a balancing act that the parents are super sensitive about.[/quote]
