[/quote][/quote] But so what- the kid leaves the school and the school doesn't get that kid's $10K for the year, or whatever. It's not punishing the school. The real issue is that the administration who are the gate keepers of this paperwork need to be held accountable. If blatant fraud is occurring, then their should be consequences for the administration who is letting it happen.[/quote]
