Getting kicked out of camp has nothing on getting kicked out of school. The good news is the experience forces you to find the right place for your child.
 Mommy, please.... I did my research many, many times and my kid still got kicked out of camps, daycares, after care and a private school. The private school was galling, in particular, because I had a lengthy interview with the director and she assured me that they could handle my child's needs and that they had many special needs kids in the past. She'd been teaching for 40+ years and when we left, she said "I've never seen a child like him." When your kid has special needs, it can be a matter of trial and error. You do your best research and make your best, educated guesses. Sometimes you are right and sometimes you aren't. Sometimes the best environment is the one that no one thought would work. (In my child's case, we ended up transferring to a public school because I was out of ideas. It was the best thing that could have happened.)
