It will be totally fine as long as he is comfortable navigating in and out of the city (and if you are comfortable with that). There are a ton of families there, and the booths are mostly businesses, churches, volunteer organizations, etc. I will be there with my wife and our 3 year old, as will many other families. [/quote]
