Hence, Ted Cruz was ineligible to become president. Had he been nominated, you could bet the farm that a couple months before the election, Hillary would have filed a lawsuit alleging Cruz's ineligibility to hold office of president consistent with Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. If Obama's mother's status made him a US citizen at birth, why has he hidden his place of birth? Obama knew that his birth outside of American soil precluded his holding office of president. [/quote]
