No, you don't need to. We've been trying for a long time and sometimes the timing is just "duty sex" and I want to get it over with quickly. I have gotten pregnant on such occasions.

For your own sake, however, you may want to read up on self-pleasure. No need to forego an orgasm just because your husband can't give you one. My husband is not lazy but although he's eager, he's not especially talented in that arena, so sometimes I will do for myself and we both enjoy that. At 36 you should definitely concentrate on yourself, not just your husband.[/quote]
