We have made plans with her twice before. One time we booked separately and everything was fine. Last year we tried to go to the beach together. Almost identical to what we are trying to do now. We chose a hotel and dates. I booked a month or so prior. She waited until the last minute. Can't remember if it was 1 or 2 weeks prior and of course rooms were sold out. Our family had a great time anyways so we didn't mind but I don't want to make the same mistake again.[/quote]
