Where was that located because I missed it when I was there.[/quote] When I was in graduate school the one AA female in the program was there on a fellowship so she didn't need to do an RA or TA, had a faculty representative that would help her with studying. In addition to this support when her GPA dropped below the required 3.0 needed to graduate they allowed her to count some of the the remedial undergraduate courses she needed to take towards her required graduate work to bump up her grades. This was at UVA; not sure it was program specific or something that was more widespread.[/quote]
