Gross.[/quote] Dogs generally defecate in the same area habitually. If someone has a large yard, I would not expect their dog to be taken on regular walks. I would feel differently if they have a small yard, or the dog is never outside. Most dogs prefer to be outside (to chase squirrels, etc.). Most owners pick up their yard regularly. Some neighbors want to create something to complain about. Don't be that neighbor, OP. [/quote]
