Technically, Level 4 means the Centers, and the "Level 4" classes that some schools now offer - and these are two different things but both labelled Level 4. So if you mean Level 4 at the local school, then I'm not sure whether they notify you but I don't think so. If you mean the Center-based program, then yes, if a file was submitted for your child to the screening committee (either a parent referral or child was in the screening pool) and your child was found ineligible, you will be notified of that decision and your right to appeal.[/quote]
