We can all afford it, but is it fair for one family to pay half what other families pay because they only have one adult? (They already pay significantly less in airfare.) Or conversely, is it fair for a family of five (two adults) to pay the same as a family of three (one adult) even if they use the same number of bedrooms (one).[/quote]
