Is this a serious question?  This is DCUM!  Someone is always bashing some else for making choices different than their own.  They rail on Edison because of the demographics - there are some FARMS and kids of color dragging down the test scores.  Don't you know that if your kid doesn't go to THE best schools that their future is doomed?  DOOMED![/quote]

I'm the PP you're responding to.  Those people may have had a bad experience, heard of a bad experience or just trying to make themselves feel better. There's always going to be someone who is unhappy with what they've got or with what someone else has.  FCPS is more than a decent system and an excellent education can be had at every school for kids who are typical.  You can't rely on opinions spouted here.  Go to Edison and take a tour.[/quote]
