She's a miserable soul and in the tiny minority -- most DCUMers would love to know their neighbors, they're just afraid because of the occasional pill like PP. Introduce yourself. Bring flowers or cookies or whatever warms your heart. Be authentic. I've met two lifelong friends that way, and it certainly makes coming home nicer.[/quote]
