Find one article about a woman being gang raped on a crowded bus in broad daylight in the US or any country other than India.

Look, I clearly have energy on India. I'm not a fan of any country that tolerates human rights violations or dismisses the victimization of women as a cultural phenomenon. Rape, acid attacks, etc. Gross. YMMV.[/quote]

Right back atcha! Maybe if you worked in the human rights arena you'd understand where I'm coming from. It's tough to enjoy a vacation when there's so much suffering in your midst. And it weighs heavily on my soul to support countries, policies, and corporations --- even tacitly through tourism --- where human rights violations are rampant. I envy you and your "enlightenment."
