OP, I'm sorry for what you are going through. If you are in MoCo, try starting with the Family Justice Center. If elsewhere, you might contact the local domestic violence agency and ask for a referral if they can't guide you. Your petition for a protection order will need to make it clear that there is an imminent threat of bodily harm or mental abuse of a child, or stalking. You can usually find the forms online.[/quote]
