It's luck of the draw. Some South Asians are *very* stick to themselves and others don't really care as long as you're not hosting beer parties for your teens. My suggestion would be to talk to prospective neighbors. If they like to talk, that's a good sign. If you walk through an area on a nice day and there's NO ONE walking about that's a bad sign. Kids and dogs are what you want to see in a neighborhood. Some suburban areas are very much batten down the garage door and barely know your neighbors, others are the opposite. [/quote]
